Our workplace training equips leaders with practical mental health and psychological skills that support daily functioning at work. Leaders learn how to maintain their own health while supporting team performance, engagement, and sustainability. Our one-day training provides leaders with the skills required to lead healthy, effective teams in a modern, high-pressure workplace.

A one-day, live program that equips leaders with practical psychological skills to understand how people actually function at work, and to build productive, engaged teams.
Each training is customized to your needs. Focus areas may include burnout, leadership capacity, leading through uncertainty, managing change, or psychological safety, depending on what matters most for your people.

Leaders and teams build awareness of habits, capacity, and decision-making, better understand how energy, stress, and behavior impact performance, and develop shared language they can use moving forward.
Grounded in evidence-based psychology and tailored to real workplace demands, not generic leadership theory.

If you’re done with one-off workshops that don’t translate into action, this training was built to be different.
This training does not create additional work for HR. Employees sign up for weekly follow-up support emails during the session, and ongoing support is delivered directly to participants. No manual enrollment or post-training coordination.
Once leaders are trained, many organizations choose to extend the training by arranging additional training for their teams and employees. They also extend the training’s impact with optional additional support services, designed to help leaders and employees apply what they’ve learned over time, without adding administrative burden.
Optional wraparound support includes:

"This was one of the best trainings I have taken. It was well organized, well paced, and immediately applicable in my practice. The content was practical and down to earth, not preachy or lofty. I have already started using what I learned and would absolutely recommend it to colleagues."
Clinician Training Participant

"I have to say this was one of the best programs I have ever taken. It felt almost like a therapy session I did not know I needed. Dr. Lee-Baggley’s style is professional and caring, and I left feeling validated, supported, and more hopeful about how to manage burnout and fatigue. The language and examples made it much easier to explain what I am experiencing and actually do something about it."
Professional Burnout Training Participant

"This training had a real impact on both my personal and professional life. It gave me a different way of thinking about communication and leadership, and helped me focus on what I can actually change rather than feeling overwhelmed by bigger systemic issues. The tools and perspective were empowering, and I have already recommended this training to many of my colleagues."
