If your organization has fewer than 25 managers, your team will attend our virtual workshops, offered four times a year for both employees and managers. You’re welcome to attend any or all of the sessions that best suit your schedule. All workshop content is also available on-demand through the Employee and Manager Toolkits, so your team can review and reinforce the material at any time.

After completing the live training, both employees and managers gain access to our digital toolkits, which provide the tools and resources needed to apply the workshop content in daily practice. New content is added weekly to support continued growth.

Your package includes online access to our team of experts. Managers can submit questions at any time—anonymously if preferred—and join live office hours to receive answers, deepen their understanding, and learn from questions submitted by other leaders.

We’re constantly expanding our Manager and Employee Toolkit with new science-backed courses and fresh content added weekly. That means your team always has access to the latest strategies, insights, and tools to stay mentally strong, focused, and productive—all year long.

You get exclusive access to bonus live virtual workshops throughout the year—covering essential topics like trauma-informed workplaces, psychological safety, conflict management, and more. These sessions are included at no extra cost and designed to tackle the real-world challenges your teams face. Workshops are then added to the toolkits for on-demand viewing at any time.

If your organization has more than 25 managers, we offer the option to tailor the workshop to your specific workplace needs. You can also choose to host the training in person (travel fees apply). Additionally, your toolkit can be custom-branded to reflect your organization’s policies, internal resources, and visual identity.
