​The Dr. Dayna Method equips managers with science-backed tools to solve the people problems that stall productivity and drive turnover and provides employees with daily coping strategies. This all-in-one program improves leadership, strengthens mental health, and delivers measurable ROI.

2. How is this different from other workplace wellness programs?
Most programs focus only on employees—or offer a one-time session that quickly fades. We address both sides: we train employees in coping skills and we train managers to lead people more effectively. Plus, our support lasts for a full 12 months, not just one afternoon.

3. What’s included in the program?

- Manager and employee toolkits with scripts, checklists, and science-based tools
- Live Q&A and coaching for managers
- On-demand video courses

5. How much does it cost?
​Pricing starts at $2,997 CAD per manager for 12 months. Each manager enrolled includes access for all of their direct employees for 12 months—no limit on employee numbers. The more managers you enroll, the lower the cost per manager! Scalable for companies of all sizes.

6. Is this a mental health treatment program?
​No. This is not therapy or clinical treatment. It’s a preventative mental health training system designed to build skills and resilience before a crisis happens.

Meet Dr. Dayna, Ph.D.

Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley is a Registered Psychologist with two decades of professional experience in clinical psychology, health psychology, and organizational psychology. She has extensive applied experience and research knowledge on burnout, psychological safety in the workplace, behaviour and organizational change, and wellness leadership. She is an internationally recognized expert in human behavior. She conducts innovative research at Dalhousie and Saint Mary’s University, with a distinguished track record of 55 peer-reviewed publications and over 140 scholarly presentations. She is the author of "Healthy Habits Suck: How to get off the couch and live a healthy life even if you don’t want to"
