How Do I Get My Employees To Be More Accountable?

Dr. Dayna Method/Engagement & Productivity/How Do I Get My Employees To Be More Accountable?

Here's a real-world example of how our program has made a difference for one of our clients.

One team we worked with approached us because they needed their employees to be more productive and accountable.

They had sales targets they were not hitting and HR was frustrated by continuously hearing complaints from managers and employees.

They participated in our one-day workshop for employees and managers. They accessed the employee and manager toolkits for ongoing practice and support.

One transformational part was recognizing that “accountability” can mean a lot of different things to different people.

Some employees may have been convinced they were being accountable but it wasn’t what the leaders were expecting.

Our framework and communication tools allowed managers and employees to come up with “key behavior indicators” for what did accountability look like from a behavioural perspective.

With our ongoing tools and manager support, the teams learned how to build new habits around these key behavior indicators.

And it changed their workplace culture.

They not only became more productive and accountable, they did it by engaging in more compassionate, human-centered leadership.

That’s what we call a win-win, people.

Whether you are a team of one CEO leading a small business, or a leader with 500 employees, this program can transform your workplace too.
