May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and while many organizations talk about awareness, few offer practical, science-backed solutions that actually help leaders manage the DAILY challenges that impact employee mental health (not just an Employee Assistance Program).
That’s where we come in.
We don’t just talk about mental health—we give leaders the tools they need to take action. We’re proud to launch our newest resource:
"Submit Your People Problems"—a direct line to our expert team
You can now submit real-world challenges and get expert advice based on psychological science. Your details are kept anonymous.
We’ll be answering your top questions through social media, videos, and other helpful formats throughout the month.
- How do I bring it up if I think an employee is struggling?
- How do I offer workplace accommodations for a mental health diagnosis?
- What do I do when an employee discloses a mental health diagnosis?
No problem is too small or too messy. If it’s a people problem, we’re here to help.
