Dr. Dayna Method/Workplace Wellness/Why Delegating Household Tasks Is a Lie

This one’s for all the working moms holding everything together.

Let’s be honest—delegating doesn’t always work.
You ask for help, but end up monitoring, reminding, and doing it yourself anyway.

It’s not just you—the research backs you up.
Working moms take on significantly more unpaid household work and carry the mental load.

In our Back-to-School Battery Management series, we’re tackling this exact frustration.

In the short video below, Dr. Dayna shares:

- Why traditional delegation often fails
- A simple, science-backed shift to reduce the mental load
- How to align household tasks with energy levels and preference
- And most importantly—how to protect your battery

Yes, someone might load the dishwasher "wrong."
But your energy matters more.

This is the Dr. Dayna Method—and it works, especially during back-to-school chaos.

Want more tools to manage your battery and reclaim your time?
